I go every 4 weeks and never have to wait. Always offered something to drinkand read, massage chairs at basins, don't force conversation when you just want to chill out and rest, always make me feel valued and special - and do a great job of my hair and eyebrow waxing. When my kids ask if they can get an appointment at same time as me the staff do their best to fit them in as well - even help with baby grandson when he is restless! Always a great experience- have been going to them for over five years and have referred them to friends who have also loved the experience - Hannah great at cutting, Bella also fantastic, Annette wonderful and Kathy does best waxes and nails ever!
