they do have great products but yes to get answers you have to ask several people and they someone actually helps you so need to take more care with there products and the staff need to give more customer care

The quality of products i received was great but no-one would answer any questions i asked, until i asked to speak with someone else, then even they were a bit rude but at least she answered my question. so i got my stuff (not as much as i wanted) and left

Great team, they were very helpful and friendly. When I had questions they had answers, without trying to sell me something. They are also great with kids. Great rage of products, unfortunately this minimized the amount of room. If I had to, I would not have a lot of room to maneuver a pram in there.
