i went there after reading reviews and how cheap their items were,well i got a shock as i did not see any cheap prices and then i asked where the hair dye was?the girl then just grunted a pointed in that direction?she came over again and i asked her for a bright red in hair colour and she basically told me i am too old for that colour?did i hear her right?um yeh?i told her she was too young in the head to be working at a place where you may have to use your brain?i walked out and have never ever been back...the staff needs to be trained in how to deal with customers and staff{some}need to be taught manners....a great way to lose your customers and for your customers to give bad reviews.rang store and left a message for store manager,manager never rang me back.

Lazy and rude!! .stay away!! I had a free blow dry card given to me. I was in Macarthur Square at the time so I decided I may get my hair washed coloured and cut and used my free blow dry card.
They refused to to service my hair needs and told me I had to make an Appointment . Yet there was no other customers there. Just two lazy employees doing nothing.
I strongly feel they turned me away because I had a free blow dry and they they could not be bothered. Very BAD service.

My daughter was seeking a heat shield hair product to use with her hair straightener so we popped into this store to enquire about it. Initially the counter was unattended, however a nearby hair stylist quickly excused herself from her client and approached us smiling and friendly. After our enquiry she advised us of various brands available, prices and specifically how to use the product. We left the store with our purchase and were very pleased with the overall service here.
