I recently had questions about hair loss & walked into the Toombul store. Abbey was very knowledgable & gave me honest & direct advice which i so appreciated. She is also a very friendly young lady who provided me with great customer service.

I recently visited the toombul hairhouse warehouse store to seek advice for coloring my hair at home. I was very impressed with the service I received from Brenton. He was so knowledgable and went through so many different products with me. I felt so comfortable with him and the advice he have me was great, he even wrote down instructions
For how to colour my hair at home so I couldn't stuff it up. I used his instructions and the products from the store and my colour turned out perfectly. I am now having services at the store and Brenton once again has been fantastic. I would highly recommend visiting this store. The service is exceptional and the prices are reasonable. Now that the Chermside store is on hiatus, I had to try the Toombul store and I'm glad I did. Lisa did an expert job on my hair and Jake provided free entertainment in the form of amusing conversation, plus a GREAT scalp massage!

All the staff seem competent and friendly and seem to have a chemistry that helps them work effectively together. The store is tidy and clean and there are plenty of goodies to look at and buy.

Hairhouse Warehouse's prices are not budget but also not above average. And by joining their newsletter, you receive information about the frequent special offers they put on.

I'm a regular. Totally recommend Jim, though he is so popular you sometimes have to wait two weeks to get in with him. I don't have a high opinion of hair dressers because I've been butchered so many times - but I find these guys totally trust worth. Agree about the coercion of products - but thats like all hair dressers. Love this business and I'll be devastaed when they return to Melbourne!

the staff are so friendly!! they will serve you coffee and drinks while you wait, however, they are quite sneaky as they will coerce you into spending hundreds for the most simple trim, i dont know how they do it, but you have to watch out for it, DO NOT take any suggestions from them, just stick to what you want or else a $20 trim may turn out to cost you $200
