First time going today after disappointment at other salons. This is a larger salon with multiple stylists and they were super busy. Despite this everyone was very friendly. Tia cut my hair and she was AMAZING! A treatment on my poor dry ends and a gorgeous cut brought life back to my curls.

Nicole cuts my hair and is wonderful, honest and also an excellent hairdresser. She has cut my hair in several styles and I have never been disappointed.

I made an appointment here after arriving new in Perth (wish Id had WOW MOW..) and doing some Internet research to find a good hairdressers. Walked in and the lady behind the counter was really off with me and actually quite rude. Turned out she was my hairdresser, Connie. She continued to be rude saying there was nothing she could do with my hair but cut it all off as it was badly damaged. I persisted and she gave me a moisture treatment. So headed off to the basins and a guy put the treatment on and was pretty rough about it, whilst Connie stood by the sink and argued and chatted with him, I got water sprayed over my face and clothes. Connie cut my hair and the treatment worked amazingly and saved my hair, but I didn't feel at all like a valued customer or like they even wanted me to be there.
