got my hair cut here approximately 2 months ago,and the lady that cut my hair was and felt like she was too busy looking at herself in the mirror,i was very amused by this but got a big shock when i was asked to pay big dollars for my lack of haircut i received-my hair looked better when i done it myself in the morning?i told them that the price they are charging me is ridiculous and when i actually get a style cut and the hairdresser takes time out to actually cut my hair and look at my hair while she cuts it -i will pay full price but i am only giving you $10 for amusing me for 5 minutes with your love me do tactics?

I've only been here twice for a wash and blow dry but the service itself and cost are really great!! I love the young girl who looked after me both times! She is so knowledgeable and passionate which makes me love her more! She took her time making sure I enjoyed the scalp massage which a lot of places rush but it's the best part! As I am also a platinum blonde she used a leave in conditioning treatment making my hair so soft for a week after! Then gave me some really amazing tips on how to make my color last and not snap. Love, Love, Love Maria here!! She's a gem! ! Salon over all is okay, it's quite big for a mall shop, but it does need some updates as I could point out a few dodgy looking things. Definitely recommend Maria !!

I THOUGHT THE SALON WAS BEAUTIFUL IT HAS CHANGED SINCE I WAS THERE LAST AND FINALLY HAS A GREAT MANAGER THERE WHO LISTENS TO YOU IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS MY EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT THE STAFF ALL COME UP TO YOU AND OFFER COFFEES AND TRY TO MAKE YOU FEEL CONFORTABLE THE PRODUCTS ARE GREAT AND NOT TO EXPENSIVE AND WITH PRICE THE MANAGER TRYS TO WORK OUT A PRICE AND SERVICE THAT ANYONE CAN AFFORD ALL AND ALL A GREAT SALON

I have been to this hairdressers a couple of times and have to say I am not impressed. I told the hairdresser what I wanted and she basically told me no that would not suit me. As the customer if its my request to have my hair layered then do it. I have also had to cut a strand at home myself that was clearly left longer then the rest of my hair. The prices are a little over the top and the service is poor. I have not and will not return hear.

Hair Matrix is a great place. The professional staff working there help you to get the haircut that you want, and not the one they think you want. Also, the products they sell there are really good, and I will definitely come here again.

The staff here are really great - friendly and professional, the owner however needs to be realistic about the amount of clients each hairdresser can have on the go at one time. He never turns a client away, therefore making your experience in the salon very long and frustrating. The salon runs much better without him in there as the girls know what they can take on.
The owner needs to learn AND implement a better time management policy.

Hair matrix is in a convenient location and has very nice staff. Its easy to get in a conversation with one of these people and its a very affordable place too. The area it is in makes it very easy to go to other shops around the mall.

the hair matrix at casula is in a great location its is cosy and modern with all the latest hair accesories, their staff is friendly but arnt too keen on listening to what the customer wants in my experience, i found their pricing to be more expensive than others aswell,i went there wanting to get my hair done and they told me there would be no problem and i walked out with my hair unfinished and a disgrace, never went back there again.

This is a convenient hairdresser to go to since it is located in the mall. The staff are very friendly and don't lose their patience when I tell them 10 different ways to cut my hair. Some of their services are expensive, but it is worth the quaity of their work.
