My first time visit, not long moved to Cleveland. I did a few searches for a new hairdresser and Hairport had positive reviews., so thought I'd give it a go.
I'm very happy with my cut, good price, staff were friendly and I've had lots of positive comments.
I'll definitely be back.
i am a new client and after 3 visits now I am very happy indeed. Joanne listened to my needs regarding colour and the cut I like. As I have fine hair the cut is really important.
She has consistently got both the colour and cut right. Oh I am sooo Happy. Thank you.

I have been using Hairport Design for over a year now. Great team in a relaxing environment. Jasmine is my guardian angel and does a brilliant job with my hair every time. I always leave feeling that I can concur the world! She has a natural talent for selecting colours and choosing styles for my hair. I can definitely recommend this salon.

Thank you Jasmine and Hairport for the friendly, knowledgeable and efficient service from start to finish. Jasmine certainly knows her craft and was able to view my style suggestions and talk me through the process as my hair went from long and scraggly through to short and chic. I felt completely at ease and confident in her ability to style my hair to suit my face shape. I love my new style!Thank you so much!! I loved it so much, I'm going back for foils tomorrow. Highly recommended.

I chose this salon because when I walked past, everybody inside had gorgeous hair. So happy that I did. My hair was in really bad condition and now it feels super-healthy. And it looks fantastic. A great experience all round. Fabulous colour. Great cut. Couldn't be happier. Joanne is amazing. Really talented.

Excellent Service from Reception to the chair. I was a walk in, I was able to book in that day, we are new to Cleveland and I was shopping around for the right price and service. Definitely 5 stars for me and I'll take my family their (3 girls) We would prefer to invest in our new home town rather than go out of our area.

Firstly, this is a Paul Mitchell salon and if you are unfamiliar with these products give them a try. They are amazing. Secondly, the staff here really know how to use them. Best colour, cut and blow dry I've had for a very long time. Better still an appointment at very short notice and all done with a smile!

So happy, finally found a good hairdresser, after a couple of bad experiences, a friend recommended haiprort.
Joanne has restored my faith in hairdressers, great cut, my naturals haven't looked this good for ages, thank you Joanne, I'll definitely be back.
