I just realised I've been going to them for over 15 years and through work and travel I've tried other salons but I always come back to Hairzoom. This is because they "get me", always cut my hair they way I want it, with great advice and fantastic service. Nick and the team are true professionals and they deliver an engaging experience everytime I go.
After going from hairdresser to hairdresser trying to find a good one as I struggled with anyone being able to cut my hair exactly as I wanted.. I walked past Hairzoom and thought I would give them a go.. that was over 3 years ago and I am so glad I did.. I finally found a salon where the staff are so friendly and treat you just like one of the family. Jacinta always does an amazing cut/colour just as I want, is really professional and knows what she is talking about with hair. They stick to their appointment times and there is never a long wait (which is great for when I get my hair cut in my lunch break!) I have recommended Hairzoom to my friends at work and they are also super impressed. I would highly recommend them to anyone else..
Went to get 1/2 head of beach blonde foils and my hair has turned out a green grey colour. I asked for no toner and they used toner as per their recommendation so I now need to live with this horrible colour. So disappointed with the outcome. Worst colour I have ever had
It is very unfortunate that after rectifying the toner, you were still not happy. We did explain to you that to achieve the colour that you were wanting was going to be a gradual process, as we did not want to damage your hair any further, as you informed us that you had been to another salon that coloured your hair and it consequently snapped off. If you had told us from the beginning that you only wanted our money back, we wouldn't have had to have one of your family members yelling down the phone. We hope you can find a hairdresser that can give you the colour you are looking for without any breakage, but we doubt that will happen.

I travelled to Brisbane to attend my son's wedding disappointed with the cut & colour I had received at my local hairdresser. Staff at Hair Zoom were friendly & genuinely caring redoing the foils blending the colour beautifully & tidying the style. I was so grateful that through their efforts my hair looked & felt great for this special occasion.
I have been a regular at Hair Zoom for the past 7 years! They are the best salon in Brissie and so worth a visit!! Great service, excellent staff and they really do look after their clients and make you feel part of the family. The prices are very competitive and not horrendously expensively and over priced like many other city salons! The late opening hours (weekdays from 7am - 7pm) are great for the a busy professional. I even kept coming in whilst I had my 6 months maternity leave as I couldn't imagine anywhere where I could get the same care and value for money. Make sure you have a coffee so you can sample one of their delicious home baked biscuits!
