The agents placed tenants next door to us that have been nothing short of hideous for the entire year. (Noise, intimidation/threats, stench of cigarette smoke) The property managers were initially sympathetic, especially given the threats made against us by these tenants, but have since decided they will no longer pursue action with these tenants, leaving us with little recourse to feel safe in our own home. The founder himself, Michael, refused to take action stating 'there is nothing [he] could do', which is untrue according to the 'Tenancy Act'. Do not deal with this company if you are a landlord. They will not manage your property well and do not care as long as their tenancies are filled.

Friendly stuff with professional services

The secretaries are rather nice and polite, providing that they're not in too much of a hurry. The real estate agents themselves can e very rude when they want to be. If asking for repairs, they don't like having to make sure that they get done. If you're lucky, you'll get an agent who actually cares.
