Halls Carpet Court

The most abysmal customer service and communication. We arranged to have our carpet replaced, paid the deposit, then heard nothing at all. The person we spoke to went on leave, nobody else knew what was going on or whether our order had been placed, etc. I was consistently told that I would be called back with an update and heard nothing. I chased them up numerous times, each time being assured that they would call back with further information. No calls eventuated.

It was impossible to even get through to the head office to find out what was going on. The staff were completely incompetent, flat out lied about the status of our order or whether they had received an order at all. While the entire time they had our $1,600 deposit. This went on for weeks and was infuriating, to be treated with such disdain.

I eventually got the deposit back and have heard numerous horror stories about them since. I will never, ever go back to Carpet Court and have now ordered carpet from a wonderful business who have been brilliant.
