Beware and read the negative reviews of this business, all express a lack of empathy, no compassion and unwilling to compromise under any circumstances. This was absolutley our experience! Heart breaking!

I unfortunatley recently lost my young mother to her battle with Breast Cancer. We were hoping that she may be able to share our Wedding Day with us, this would have been her first child to marry and unfotunatley she never got the oppertunity to experience what I imagine would be a beautiful experience for any parent.

We went to Hampton Hire with my mother and explained the rush to share our Wedding with her as her health was deteroiating fast. We were really happy to be able to have her input on our special day. Unfortunately we lost her days before what would have been our wedding day. It wasn't long after we started organising our wedding she got admitted to hospital and never came home. We let all the suppliers know our situation and this was the only company that conducted themselves in this way.

We were incredibly upset to find out that Hampton Event Hire was unable to show any compassion in our time of Grief and instead just reffered us to their Ts&Cs, like it was a change of mind or some situation which was inconsequential. Hampton Event Hire threatend to sue us if we left a bad review and shared our story with our community.

We were offered a limited time credit which we appriciated at the time, but unfortunatley the pain of not having my mother at my Wedding has meant that we wont be going ahead in the small time frame they extended us.

I never experienced anything like this from a Company and truly hope that no one has to experience companies like this when their family is greiving. Be very careful before employing this company. Fingers crossed they don't try to sue us for leaving this review.
