We ordered the Hanaichi chicken which started off well, the flavours were really nice and the sauce went really well with the dish. Unfortunately, a piece of chicken had a long black hair on it. My partner took it back and asked for a replacement which the server organised. After a few moments the chef comes out and beckons my partner to him. He tried to tell my partner that it wasn't from the kitchen staff and that it was blonde - implying that it was mine as I have blonde hair.
My partner came back and told me this and by this time my appetite had gone. When I went to the server to ask for a refund as the chef tried to blame the hair on me, she kept saying "oh no, he meant it was from staff at factory as we order our chicken from elsewhere". Unfortunately, the damage was done and there was no way I was eating any more from there.

Shame as it did taste nice but obviously after this experience we will not be going back there.

How dissapointing - customer service is everything and when there is a hair in your customers food, this is unexcusable. They have fixed this quickly and easily for you. Shame on them
