my child was at the center 2,the manager was not approachable,my child was always hungry and thirsty and shes always left outside on their huge playground and carers was never friendly at all not approachable..then transfer to center 1 the manager is friendly..but then there was one particular teacher who always give us bad feedbacks on my child behaviour she even made a behavioural assesment on my child first day and made my child sound violent to other kids,the worst part was she let other kid bite my child and didnt even made an incident report about it,,when asked to make one all that she written were all lies...how can you trust a child learning center ,when the teacher itself doeasnt know how to handle children...and manager seems dont know what was going on,,,,,

I just want to say that I work at this service but this afternoon I saw my boss on this site giving 5 stars. I dont really want to think one thing of the other - my job depends on it - but i dont think its fair that the owner can bump up the rating. Ignore the last comment. Make your own opinion when you come in.

My child was in toddlers room at centre 2. Centre has high staff turn over, Director un-approachable and is never their after 3pm (when most children are getting picked up). Room always smelt like dirty nappies, children were never in a routine as children were always shifted off to another room. It is cheap for a reson so stay clear.

When i first came in the management seemed very nice but i was appalled at the conditions of the rooms and especially the outside area. My child did not like this centre at all and we left quickly. It is very cheap for a reason!

Staff are friendly and inviting. Centre was welcoming and children where happy. Management was knowledgeable and gave me all the information I needed.
