I visited Hands On Laser and Beauty Therapy today and had the Black Doll facial.
I was greeted with a warm and friendly welcome and was lucky enough to experience and very different kind of facial the Black Doll Facial. This is a Carbon based facial and then treated with a fine Laser to rejuvenate the skin at a cellular level. The treatment process was clearly explained the whole way through and I was continually asked if everything was ok and to my expectations. I throughly enjoyed my treatment and service will defiantly be making another appointment soon. Thanks Guys

I have been going to Hands On Laser & Beauty Therapy for three months now and am so satisfied with the services they provide. It is the most pain-free waxing I have ever experienced and all of the women who work there are friendly and make you feel very comfortable. They are very reasonably priced and use the highest quality products. It is a warm, cosy environment with wonderful women who know exactly what they're doing. Would definitely recommend.

I visited hands on beauty around six months ago. I am 27 and had extremely bad acne and irritated skin. I had seen dermatologist for 5 years and only got recommended antibiotics that probably have done more damage then good. I also went to a laser clinic that did wrong treatments on me that made my skin worse and spread, becoming very painful for me. I didnt know what to do next about my skin. Feeling really down about my appearance aswell as loosing confidience, a friend recommended me to sue at Hands on Beauty!!!!! i was greeted by friendly staff and made to feel welcome. straight away sue addressed the problems with my skin, by using the right treatments and giving me great products to use at home. I couldnt thank hands on beauty enough for helping me get my skin better. I can now say that my acne has gone and i am now able to leave the house without make up and not feel embarrassed. I highly recommend the girls to everyone, they do a great job!!! xx

I could not ask for friendlier staff and every treatment I have had has been fantastic. I often go straight after work and can be feeling stressed, always leave there with a smile on my face.

I have been going to Hands on Laser for years, the staff are lovely, caring and professional, they offer a variety of skincare treatments, which I have experienced with excellent results, I highly recommend this place and I'm glad I found it.

I have been coming here to get laser treatment and recently decided to get my eyebrows done as well. Sam is a very genuine person and extremely good at what she does. Very happy so far with the results.

I've been going to Hands on Laser and Beauty for over 8 yrs and have always had professional and friendly service. I've had waxing, laser and recently skin resurfacing which I was was hesitant but so pleased as the results are amazing. Thankyou to all the staff and I highly recommend them.

I love this place, it's fantastic and it has very friendly staff. I have came here to get my eyebrows wax and tinted for the last three months and can not imagine doing it anywhere else because every time, they have done a marvellous job. I find them very professional and the place is absolutely clean. We'll recommend it to all my family and friends.

I visited this place probably about 8 months ago now as at 25 I still have quite bad skin, lots of blackheads on my face and even my neck area which I am self conscious of. I spoke to them about it and they suggested an extraction facial which I had never heard of before. Although slightly uncomfortable (as would be normal when extracting blackheads!) it was actually really good, the young lady got rid of lots of my blackheads and due to the steaming etc beforehand it wasn't as painful as I expected. My skin was red for about 24 hours after (again as expected from the squeezing) but I certainly felt much cleaner and not as self conscious. She also suggested face cream with retinol A (again never heard of) to help keep the pores closed so that I didn't break out so bad all the time. I was really happy with their service, I didn't feel uncomfortable talking about my skin with them and was really happy with the end result. Unfortunately I don't live in VIC (I was visiting family) otherwise I would have gone back here in a flash but I certainly would recommend them to anyone living in the area. Just genuine, friendly people.
