The item arrived and didn't work, they wouldn't take the return and they wouldn't refund the item. Have to purchase a replacement and chase the refund through ebay. I would highly advise you not to purchase from this company.

One of the best ebay seller that I've ever encountered. High quality items at a reasonable price. Costumer service is superb. Definitely will do business again.

Nothing handy about this company. It should be called Very Inconvenient Imports. This is the most incompetent company I've ever dealt with in my life. Avoid dealing with them if you can.

During two months of trying to get a simple item from them, I was variously told:
- the item had been delivered
- the item was on its way
- I would be charged a 'redelivery fee', for an item that had never been delivered in the first place
- they were looking into where the item is
- they will call me back (I was told this no less than nine times. Not a single person called back)
- they were very sorry for any inconvenience caused
- they're having some inventory problems (that's not the only problems they're having)
- and finally, after two months and almost to the day when it's no longer possible to leave feedback on ebay, that they don't think they have the item in stock and will refund me my money (I'm still waiting). Curious timing, yes?

It's hard to know if this is an actual company or a group of young people with fake American accents who have a phone number and put photos of items on a website.

If you order from this company, you will be playing a game of Russian roulette - will you receive your item, or won't you? How much of your time will you need to spend following up with them?

This company should pay people for dealing with it, given the amount of time you need to spend emailing and calling.

Handy Imports run a website as well as selling via ebay. I bought an item via ebay for use at a specific event - it arrived over a week late, well past their quoted arrival time, and so I sent it back unopened and asked for a refund. After no response, I left negative feedback on ebay and again contacted seeking a refund. They advised that they would only provide a refund if I would agree to reverse the negative feedback. I said I didn't feel comfortable doing so and that as I sent the item back unopened I was entitled to a refund regardless - and I never heard back from them since. Ebay have contacted them on my behalf to seek a resolution but they have ignored eBay's requests to communicate. So I'm out of pocket $180.

Caveat Emptor! Beware dealing with this company!
