They didn't show up to an appointment we made for a time convenient to them. Failed to call to let us know they couldn't make it. Despite us being local, refused to reschedule for a more convenient time to us. Would only do work before 3pm (after that they said they only do emergency work).

Fast prompt service. Very pleasant on the phone and arrived when he has said he would which is rare for tradesmen. Work was done quickly and well. Would have no concern at using Michael again.
