The reception staff, while incompetent, are friendly enough. The practitioners here however are woeful, especially the business owner, Danielle Hannington. She is a chronic alcoholic and you can usually smell booze on her breath at almost every appointment I have had at this practice, regardless what time of day, that's if she even shows up on time or is there at all. I have wasted many trips from my office to appointments only to find out that she is "sick" or unavailable, but without any prior notification from her office staff.
I have also heard from other clients that this practice has had several patients commit suicide while being treated by Mrs Hannington or her colleagues. I would not recommend these practitioners and I have since engaged with a practice that I have found is much more professional.
