Our Maltese cross is a high needs care situation due to ongoing medication. He has been attending Sydney Airport Hanrob for about three years for daycare and boarding . Currently he is dealing with the loss of his dog sister who recently passed away.
Hanrob and their staff greet him, know him and his situation.
I know he will come home tired and happy after his time and fun at Hanrob.
What reassures our family is he races into Hanrob scratching at the door to go into the play area. He loves it.

Place is clean and excellent overall service. Friendly staff who is willing to make last minute changes to accomodate our circumstances.

My dog absolutely loved his stay at Hanrob Heathcote. The staff were really friendly which put both me and my puppy at ease straight away. When I picked him up it was clear how much fun he had. I cannot recommend Hanrob enough!

Hanrob is our first choice to look after our beautiful quirky dog! They understand her and make sure she is well cared for and loved! We have peace of mind when we leave her which makes our holidays worry free! A big shout out to Tina who goes the extra mile with collecting and dropping her off! Tina and I'm sure the other team members at Hanrob know dogs and how to treat them making their holiday also a pleasant one! We'll be using Hanrob again!

Our boy stayed at hanrob twice in the last few months He was very well taken care of and even though I was a pain in the butt mum they were great. I emailed several times for a update and I was answered swiftly. Our baby came home both times happy and getting a bath was just another bonus We will be leaving him there again very soon. It's great to be able to take a holiday and know that he is so well taken care of

One of my dogs has stayed at Hanrob 3 times before. I am so satisfied because the staff took lots of care to my dog. And Hanrob delivers my dog that is so convenient for me. The staff also paid more attention to dogs to make them happy. Thank you so much Hanrob!

We find Hanrob very professional in their service and our cat loves staying there when we go away. It's close and convenient for us and we love the report cards updating us on what our cat gets up to on her holidays!
