Poor. Once was good. Now very bad. Money hungry grubs. Charge for everything. $10 a face mask. $2 to use hand sanitizer. $1 to use toilets. They even charge a sit down fee of $3 to book a seat. I’d rather stand mate.

Shittest service I ever had. Booked with (teleheath appointment )Dr Marjuwane Karunathilaka. She never called . Called back to Hanson and they said oh Dr finished for the day. I am surprised she still gt charged from my Medicare without providing service.
Second experinced the same with Dr Jawed. Happend today afternoon. Booked apointment for a baby (2 years) at 5.15pm. Waited upto 6.30pm and called to reception . They said Dr running late he will call me for sure. As he assured that I am getting call back I was waited for that untill 8 pm and gave another call. Receptionist then told me oh Dr finished for the day. He just left note I was not answered to my phone. Receptionist pointedme that I have blockedthier private number. I checkedmyblocking numbers and there were no numbers at all. That is something I never do. I kept my phone with me all the time because this appointment was quite urgent for me.
Receptionist then advise me I will inform to Dr and he will give me a ring back . It is 10.15pm and no one bother to give a call at all. Shittest service. Dr Vajna please ensure that you have proper staff. You guys just playing with patients ....

I wouldn’t.I have needed a teleheath appointment every 2 days for the past week. Due to waiting on life changing blood results. Each appointment has been at least an hour late. The most recent one 2 hours.

I guess the only saving grace is I’m not sat in the waiting room, but even when I was the appointments still ran exceptionally late which when having kids with you is very difficult to manage. As who packs a day trip worth or snacks and entertainment for what should be a quick doctors appointment.

I have been going here for many years. Very professional and caring and take time with you . Wouldnt go anywhere else. Fantastic place to be when your sick.

the best doctors in the area! a clean, modern medical centre, with friendly helpful doctors. unless its very busy, there usually isn't any waiting time if you make an appointment prior. the receptionists are very friendly ladies. i love the whole place in general!
