Money for cancelled subscription to this service being take. From our bank account, but no delivery of food. Many attempts by email and phone to talk to someone - no response.
Used to be brilliant (we had been customers for 4 years). Ownership changed and it’s been downhill from then.
Hope this review will prompt some response from HHD. Beyond disappointed.
Rangat has extensive knowledge about all dog breeds and what foods they need for them to be at their optimum health. My Cavoodle is loving her happy healthy dog meals and I’m happy having the peace of mind that she’s being well looked after by this wonderful company. Highly recommend Rangat and his team.

Amazing business with a great product. The owner goes above and beyond with the service and his first priority has always been the keep my dog healthy with the specially catered food. Would recommend all dog owners to give this a go and see the difference!

The same has happened with us. Tired calling Jenny the owner a number of times however the phone number is disconnected. We have been customers for over 2 years. The previous owners were amazing. Jenny please make contact as I either would like our delivery we have paid for or a refund.
