What is Naturopathy?: 

Naturopathic medicine is dedicated to the study and celebration of nature’s healing powers. It is as old as healing itself and as new as today’s medical breakthroughs. It is a dynamic philosophy as well as a profession that recognises the interconnection and interdependence of all living things. It utilizes the most natural, least invasive and least toxic therapies to treat illness and to promote wellness by viewing the body as an integrated whole.

​Naturopathic medicine is defined by principles rather than by methods or modalities. Above all, it honours the body’s innate wisdom to heal.

Initial Consultation and what to expect:

 You should allow between 1hr to 1.5hrs for your initial consult. During this time a detailed healthy history will be taken. We will also discuss various body systems which enables us to get a complete picture of what is happening in your body so we can individualise a treatment plan for you.

​All consults are individualised and therefore may include:

​•Iridology
•Tongue and nail analysis
•Blood pressure assessment
•Zinc talley test
•pH urine test

*Additional pathology tests may be required and are an extra cost.
