actually surprised at the quality of food here,was a lot nicer then i first thought.big servings and every dish was very nice,nice friendly staff.

the best chinese food in penrith!! food is always fresh and amazing, they are probabaly the more expensive chinese restaurant to go to but worth the extra money for the great food , never tried anything i havnt liked from here, i highly recommend it! the best dish i thin is their garlic king prawns, always cooked perfect, the garlic butter sauce is perfect and teh prawns are always fresh. their fried rice is fantastic too.

Little bit on the expensive side, they also take a while to do deliveries but love the meals, tasty, lots of flavour and average size. Service also great, sometimes hard to get what you want with the accents being strong (Asian) overall I love there food

Went here again tonite, had Sung Tung Chcken, Sweet n Sour Pork, Dim Sims and Fried Rice. Was really nice and fresh and very busy. The service is great and the decor is lovely and very clean. Nice to see fresh veges, one of the reasons I love this place.

I have reviewed Happy Inn before but could not see it in the list. I want to complement Happy Inn on the quality of food and service and value for money....and their willingness to cater for special dietary needs.
Excellent for large party groups/ Banquets and so on.
They treat you the same whether a large group or just a few of you.

This is our regular place for Chinese dining out & take away. Dining out service is excellent and you will find nice little touches to the meal (i.e. peanuts to chomp on when looking at the menu & fruit at the end of the meal). They need more work on meals with honey sauce but the rest of the menu is excellent tasting - the hot & sour soup is not to be missed!

My wife and I often go here for a great meal. The service is fantastic they are very fast whether you eat in or takeaway. Their spring rolls and other entrees are delicious and their mains are priced well

Happy Inn is my favourite Chinese restaurant ever! And I have tried a few! The food is fantastic, I usually get a satay chicken and special fried rice and it is even yummier the next day as there is always leftovers due to the generous serves! I have had both delivery and eat in and the delivery is always fast, usually only around 30 minutes. Eating is is even faster and the service is lovely, with complimentary nuts and fruit. The fried ice cream is also delicious. Love the food and the service.
