Great service. Guys were hard working. Feel bad for the negative reviews as it didn't reflect my experience at all.

They were fine for a quick move. I tad late but got the job done.

Great service! They moved our 3 bedroom house in 3 hours and were friendly, polite and very well priced. I have some delicate furniture and they treated it with respect- not one thing was damaged. After reading the negative reviews below we discussed timing with them. We chose the morning booking and they were bang on time. They explained that they are rarely late for afternoon bookings, but sometimes a move can be larger than expected which will push their day back a little. I can't fault these guys and will be recommending them to any friends of mine that move.

Should of checked this site before! The management was a real sweet talker until I made a complaint, then they were so rude and turned off their mobile phone. What a way to do business. The movers themselves were ok, did their job ok I guess, but I could tell they didn't want to be there. I had told them before hand that there is 2 flights of stairs but they were huffing, I guess for not helping. Yeah I'm a guy, I look big but I recently had a back operation and didn't want to strain it. . Ah I hate moving. And I hate this company.

Our removalists who came to move our stuff from Spring Hill to Paddington on a Tuesday morning seemed hungover. I was helping them to move all the fragile stuff because I didn't trust them and I don't know how many times I overlapped them on the stairs, not that I'm that fit myself. They look forever, just spreading it out, and of course I had to pay per hour. I rang the management to complain and they were so rude. Really just terrible.

Slow, tardy, careless, rude.

Such poor service. Booked days before but they told us they were going to be 5 hours late because they had just booked in a new bigger job ahead of ours. They were so rude and hardly apologised. I would feel sorry for anyone who makes the unfortunate choice of going with them.

HORRIBLE ... DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE ... After booking removal for 10am on a saturday we received a call saying they are going to be 5hrs late ... then they send A SMS at 3pm on the Saturday saying they cant make it anymore and they also turn off their phone so they cant be contacted ... DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE !!!

Brilliant. We have moved four times in the last few years and our last move was with Happy Removals. They were wonderful. Prompt, well-priced, hard working - even running up our two flights of stairs. Very pleased to recommend them.

I have now used Happy removals twice and have found them to be punctual, fast and they have the best rates. I highly recommend them!
