Went and saw Dr Samir Ibrahim and was very disappointed. Told him that I feel dizzy when I walk and that I am feeling tired and weak. His answer was ‘it could be anything’ yes it could be anything that’s why we go to see a doctor to understand what could be wrong. When I mentioned that I saw a doctor in Sydney and they prescribed me a medication, he then asked if I wanted him to prescribe the same medicine again? He did not even offer to check pressure or anything that could have caused dizziness. We spend $70 for our appointment to go see a doctor who doesn’t even care and we are just a number. There was no genuine concern shown which is very disappointing. I have see few other doctors in the same GP before and have been satisfied and happy but this time my experience with Dr Ibrahim was very disappointing. I would not recommend him.

Atrocious experience with [redacted due to personal identifier], booked LONG consult for 4:30, didnt get seen til about 5:10 (didnt mind the wait, these things happen), when I got in [redacted due to personal identifier] was clearly in a rush to get me out, raced through her computer tabs trying to get through my appointment as quick as possible, one of her tabs was a half finished Uber eats dinner order (which again, normally don’t mind- people have to eat!) I booked a LONG consult for a number of reasonably pressing issues and [redacted due to personal identifier] just wanted to get me out. I started crying in front of her at one point and she basically threw up her hands and said “not my fault I don’t know what’s going on!”. When I stood up visibly distressed to walk out of the consult early she said “bye” at my back as I was leaving.
I’ve been trying to see a doctor for the last six months. This was the first time I’ve been able to make the appointment, get in, WAIT, show up- don’t book 4:30 appointments with [redacted due to personal identifier]. She seems to care more about going home to get dinner than human beings in front of her.

I told this surgery I have had poor care from other places for my chronic illnesses, and these lot are just as bad..ignoring my needs and always referring me to private specialists when they know I can't afford it..also three doctors here ignored my perforated septum.and the practice manager didn't call me back like she said she would..Very poor care.here.

Great service and so pleased with my Doctor. Very helpful staff and a pleasant surgery. I used to go to their surgery before they moved to the new address and have continued as a patient since.

Had a weird experiance here, doctor didnt seem to know what i was talking about. overall was good time wait and not to many people there managed to squeeze in just before closing

Good front desk girls, sometimes get a bit worried about the doctors they seem to in and out you as fast as they can, but it is a bulk bill service and they do have a varity of doctors, blood test place, physio, and a few more so it is good to have everything at one place. Also its never to crampy in there always lots of chairs and mags to read while waiting.

This is the new surgery opened after the old Harbourtown Medical moved. They are so wonderful and have been very helpful to me over the last few months. They are there 7 days per week, are owned and operated by the two GP's there. I see Dr El-Ghobashy and he is so friendly and always makes you feel welcome. They have a nurse also that is great and when i had something cut out, she changed my dressing every few days. Bulk billed too which is great .
