Harbourfront Restaurant

Was very overpriced for the meals we got-was a very nice place with a good atmosphere but i wasn't really happy with our food purchase-the meals were not that big.

I can not fault the service here and the pricing is not too bad but my fish main was a little overdone and dry. The other people I dined with didnt have the fish and were happy with their meals though.

Great food and atmosphere. I'd normally give a five stars but they are missing a parents room, think I heard they are amending this though. Last two times we went we had to change our son on the floor of the managers office. Great view and a great alternative to the Lagoon.

If you want a pleasant dining experience with stunning harbour views try this restaurant. Beautiful location fantastic food but quite expensive. We had a seafood platter which was divine but as I said expensive. Great service though. What you would expect from a restaurant of this calibre.

Went here for an engagement party last year and we were in the room downstairs. This place had nice food and a well stocked bar. It felt really open with the large opening windows at the front of the restaurant. Great little place for any occasion!

Great place for a nice lunch or dinner. Absolutely great views of the harbour and the Eastern Wollongong area. Staff are friendly and the meals are well priced, especially their lunch specials. Have been going here for years, and will be going for many more, the food is great!

I had my engagement party here, and I was really happy with the night at Harbourfront. It was peak season, so every room was booked for a function. The food selections were great and all of our guests seemed happy with the yummy food. Wine selections are great, we enjoyed the imported wines. Service was impeccable and pricing is fair. I would have another function here in a heartbeat.

My review is for the downstairs area which I went to for lunch and is cheaper than the upstairs dinner area. Mid-week the Harbourfront is a great place to go for lunch as it is often less than half full, you don't have to book, and you get a great table right at the window, or outside, overlooking the harbour. They have lunch specials which are good value such as fish of the day with chips and salad for $20. I think they have a new chef because our lunch was much better than when I came a year ago. I would advise against going to the Harbourfront on an event day such as Mothers' Day as, like nearly everywhere, there is a set menu and it is sub-standard and extortionately overpriced for what you get. Otherwise, enjoy a lunch at a fraction of the cost the rest of the time.

The seafood was amazing, not to mention the ocean views and it made the occasion extra special as the staff and food was unbelievable.

I was invited here for a birthday party and I found the food to be delicious. The service was great and staff were friendly and helpful. The prices were quite reasonable and probably close to what you would expect in a place like this. Tastefully decorated and clean. The view is spectacular. I will definitely be back.

My side order of vegetables and chips arrived 20 minutes after my main. For dessert I ordered a cocktail - and smiled as I said that I wanted it at the same time as everyone else, please. You guessed it! It arrived over half an hour after everyone else had finished their dessert and coffee!

not only do you have ocean views, but the service is great and the food is wonderful. We have had beautiful dinners and then we also had our childrens Christenings there. Thats how great they are we dont go anywhere else.
