Don't use Harcourts Norther Rivers for property management unless you're local. We were overseas and interstate. Having undertaken every maintenance request asked of us, we expected to the property to be in decent (albeit worn) condition. Alas! garbage in the crawl space (diapers, beer bottles and a mattress among others), part of the lawn hadn't been mowed for years, fixtures glued to the ceiling to disguise their condition, water damage in the walkin (shower redone but not wall), dog pee stains in the hardwood floors, back lawn dead as garden is overgrown (gardeners clearly didn't do any heavy lifting), rotten deck boards as oiling hadn't been done. $000s of dollars in repairs. Exercise extreme caution!
