I found the customer service of this business close to non existent. Upon entering the lease there was a problem with safety regarding a spa. This was still there as we ended our lease 2 years later. On more than one occasion I reported problems - very few were ever addressed. For example; plumbing problems (the bathroom sink was blocked) I reported this approx. 7 months ago, upon leaving it was still unrepaired. It took 4 weeks to have my bond returned!
