the reception is always helpful and polite and try their best to help you out, mostly run on time and the choice of doctors is among the best i've had in terms of consistency.

Staff were polite, friendly, and helpful. The extended opening hours are great for people like me working full-time. I'm not used to paying a gap but I think it's worth it to go to a clinic where the service and care is not so rushed and is more personal

It all depends on which Dr you get. Some of them are pretty lousy and not with it, whereas the younger ones are generally more on top of things. Expect to wait a LONG time in the waiting room. It is not unusual to wait 1-2hrs. The luckiest I have ever been is 1/2 hr. And i've always had an appointment!

A very good medical clinic. Have been going since I was quite young and have never had a problem with diagnosis or medical prescriptions. All doctors conduct themselves in a professional manner and the receptionist will help clarify any issues.

Excellent service. Am very happy with the medical consultation, communication, and bedside manner. Questions were answered intelligently and advice was given appropriately. Did not feel rushed at all. I'd recommend this practice for anyone looking for a good GP (potentially for a long-term relationship)
