Had a leak somewhere under ground and needed a plumber to fix so rang these guys and they came out had a look and said they would come back as soon as it had dried up. But that wasn't going to happen because of the leaking pipe. So we waited a few days while ringing them in the meantime. They still didn't return so I called another plumber in town he came over straight away and told us it wasn't even coming from under the house but from under our pavers out the back. He lifted the pavers up, dug some dirt out and fixed link straight away. Hardinghams eventually came back and I told him the work had been done by someone else. Very dissapointed in their service and won't use again
