When my phone order was wrong, the delivery men quickly returned with the right item. They cheerfully unloaded and placed it where I wanted, despite it being outrageously heavy.

They stock an extensive variety of door handles and locks. Prices are cheaper than other places. Staff are very helpful and can negotiate prices. I purchased door handles in bulk and asked for a discount and they happily reduced the price for me.

Fantastic Hardware shop, my partners a tradesman and they always have what he needs. They are really well priced as well and have people that know what they are talking about and where to find things, unlike bunnings.
