They were very helpful and understanding. I took my car to be assessed and they offered to fix it there and then. After helping me confirm with my insurers they started work. The work was of great quality but they hadn't replaced the tow hook. When I told them they were very understanding and it was no trouble. They asked me to pop back next week and they then replaced it while I waited. Great customer care and experience. Thanks so much.
