The parenting course was absolutely amazing. I was blown away at how simple the changes were that I could make but how much impact they had on my whole life.

My relationship with my son is so great - he's 12 and I'm so glad I have these skills now to help me navigate the tough teenage years. I imagine how some things would pan out when we have a disagreement if I didn't have these skills. It would be a disaster. I'm so grateful.

If I had to choose between time doing work related studies or this I'd 100% say do this course, it will be the best thing you ever did for your family.

You will get individual attention, real life practice scenario's plus it makes you feel normal as a parent and not alone with your issues.
