Zero stars for this business which does not pay its installers. Have been waiting since June 2017 for payment, now her email account is shut down and she does not contact those who she owes money to.
If she can't manage to scrounge up $900 for an install I feel sorry for the blokes who she owes tens of thousands too.
From other reviews on the net it seems asic have been involved so she must be good and starting up companies, running up debts, not paying and closing up shop just to start up another company and do the same all over again.
Doesn't realize the impact she has on people's livelihoods, especially the little guy.
Don't work for this woman, she will not pay!!!

This would have to be the worst service I have ever received and senior management are thieves
I ordered an expensive kitchen, paid my deposit and was advised that my kitchen will be delivered in 4 weeks. After 4 weeks had passed I contacted management and was advised that the kitchen was not ready and it would be a further 2 weeks.
After 6 weeks had passed (and no communication from management in between) I contacted them and was advised that the kitchen was not ready and it was a further 1 week till completion.
I expressed my disappointment over of the lack of service, lack of communication and false promises, and instead of apologising they argued with me that I was harassing them. I demanded my deposit back and requested to cancel the order, and they have refused to refund me my deposit.
The matter is now at VCAT!
I warn everybody that whilst their designs are beautiful, any dealings with Harris House kitchens, will eventuate into a sour bitter experience

@timk71, Your review about "ordering your expensive kitchen" clearly indicates you have not dealt with Harris House or even visited our showroom. That is clearly not the way Harris House does business. No one can come in and simply order a kitchen.
For your information, we custom design and custom build for each of our clients. There is no standard template or module we work to, every project has to be designed to suit the requirements which once approved we sign contract with the client which is a legal document where in the payment terms are clearly stated. After designing the details and getting them approved, it goes into manufacturing. At this stage the client gets to see the product in rough stage and then it proceeds for painting. Depending on the client's choice we do hand painted finishes that can take couple of weeks in itself.
Initially we give our clients a time frame depending on the ongoing projects which is ranges from 8 to 12 weeks, but later we confirm the date for delivery and installation. The client is always updated with the project status.

If the client doesn't want to proceed they do not sign the contract in the first place so there is no question of placing any order or any money being deposited. So your claim about cancelling and refunding is totally out of context.
Harris House is proud of all our projects and our workmanship.
Fortunately we do not have any matter at VCAT!
We can proudly say that we have good relationships with all our clients and we thrive hard to deliver the best we can for them.

I couldn't agree more with this reviewer and I will be posting my own review soon. Our contracts were signed in November 2017 and as of May 2019 our job is still not completed. Linda Harris has outright lied in her response to you, saying they only have great relationships with their clients.
Linda if you read this, (as you are clearly not responding to our emails) you have not finished a single room in our home. I have a laundry that was partially installed in January 2016 and still not finished and after paying you in excess of 200k, we refuse to pay another cent until you finish. Do not trust this company. She will say what you want to hear to your face but then totally disregard it and never keep an appointed time etc. our home was meant to be completed in March 2017 and we are still waiting.

Sorry for some reason I have typed in the wrong dates for my above comment.
Contracts were signed in November 2015. House was to have all cabinetry inatalled by March 2016. Laundry installed in January 2016 - still not finished. Kitchen installed August 2016 - still not finished. All other rooms installed after August & all incomplete. Linda Harris still is not replying to correspondence.
