The goods they make are quite good.... BUT ..... don't expect good service, don't expect your orders to be made on time, don't expect your phone calls to be returned and don't ever think they care about you or your order. Unfortunately this attitude starts at the top with the GM, so you've go nowhere to go to complain or to find a caring attitude. Use with reluctance if you have to.
