This is an absolute standout one in my mind. I ordered a lounge after many visits and discussions. Strong fabric was the utmost factor as I have a disabled child. The lounge finally arrived. Of the two lounges, one was not even unloaded from the truck as I was told it had a rip in it and would be taken back immediately and be repaired. The second one was set up in my lounge room.
I immediately noticed a pin head size rip in it and realised the fabric was definately not going to stand up to the rigors of my daughter, or two cats. I visited Harvey Norman again in absolute tears - woose, I know. I ended up writing to Head Office about the amazing service I received from the manager. He totally reassured me I could exchange the lounge for something more durable and we worked out an absolutely amazing price for a fabric that should have cost $1600 more. He offered a 'loaner' lounge until the new one was delivered and even threw in delivery and scoth guarding free. Outstanding service!
