Dusgusting treatment of elderly father. Charged him $50 to put qld covid tracker and whats app on phone he just purchased from them. Then they called me to convince me their actions were acceptable rather than acknowledging they could have been better humans.

bought a bed & mattress 23/08/2018 after being told delivery would be a couple of weeks. 2 weeks passed without any contact from anyone from the store, called to enquire as to when our purchase might be getting delivered and was told "the computer shows mid october". when i asked why delivery had gone from a couple of weeks to 2 months & no one thought it necessary to at least call to advise us of delay i was told that i was mistaken as i "wouldnt have been told i could get it in 2 weeks".
told them to cancel the order at which point i was put through to a manager to arrange this, manager offered the option of the mattress i purchased on a loan base till ours arrived as the mattress was in stock and available, accepted this offer only to have mattress show up with no base!
called the store back,"well thats rather embarrassing, we'll get a base delivered tomorrow." also re confirmed that our base would be delivered mid october, "at the latest, yes" i was told
its now the 30th October and again i havent heard from anyone from Harvey Norman Bundall. Upon calling them im now told "computer says some time in November."
