WORST SERVICE EVER

The worst service ever I have in my life. I bought a bedroom suite and paid for it, when they delivered it the bedsides was different colour and the dresser had a damaged. The next day they sent me the right colour for the sidetables but the dresser had to wait as they informed me they don't have it on the store and need to wait till 27 of November. I waited till someone to contact me to inform me with date that I suppose to receive it but without any calls.
On the 29 I had to gave them a call to find out what's happening and Alana from customer service without any respect she said I already sent email to you to inform that you are going to receive it by the end of December and she denied that she has told me that I supposed to receive it by 27 of November. Very very unprofessional service from Harvey Norman I wasn't expected not have a such service like that.

I purchased a stove top - the manager gave me a special price for a 5 burner induction stovetop that was better than anywhere else I could find. Great service as well.

We would come here to check out prices of goods before we commit ourselves to any purchase as they have a wide range. The last time we were looking for a mattress and tried out a few. We were served well. They also have a good photo print shop.

Fantastic service and they offer you a lot of help. Prices are generally low, and the wide variety of specials are great! Overall they are a major business in Castle Hill which many citizens head to for technology products.

went in to buy one brand of television and ended up with a different brand all together thanks to the salesman that really knew the televisions even gave me an extra years warranty for free
