I wouldn't buy any electrical things from them because on Monday 18th January 2021 I purchased a Samsung 525L Top Mount Refrigerator - SR520BLSTC for $936 but Ally threatened me by saying it the fridge doesn't fit we won't be changing it for you and she used profanity so I would avoid at all costs because nobody should being speaking to their customers like that since it is disgusting.

Have purchased a plethora of different items from this particular store and have always had great service. Even when we've had to return a faulty product they have done their up most to resolve the issues straight way. And their prices are extremely competitive now, in many cases cheaper than any of their competition and there are always deals to be made.

after the fantastis service i got else where was very dissappointed with these guys didnt know there stuff very well and prices where $100 rrp above the other retailer i went too happy to give me the price the other store had as there rrp without asking and tryed to tell me they where giving me a fantasic discount will never shop here again.

Service could be better... l was kept waiting at the register ... l was ignored so l put my possible purchase back on the shelf and left. l was in a hurry and wasn't even acknowleged.
