I bought a new Laptop and after shopping around bought it from Harvey Norman as they had the best price and the salesman there was very helpful. A few days later it stopped working and wouldn't turn on at all. I took it back and they were extremely helpful. They had a full time techbay that I haven't seen in any other retail store and the techguys were great and really knew what they were doing. After having a look they said it had to go back the Manufacturer and swapped it for another one on the spot.
