We have had several quotes for wooden floors from various businesses around here and the staff were most obliging , from the rep who measured up & explained the pros & cons of different products to the two young fellas who laid the timber floor. Very courteous & helpful, when we had to call them back for a minor fault, they attended immediately & were apologetic, but it was not their fault, fixed it up & gave us a contact number if there was any further problems.
