I bought a new refrigerator including delivery and installation along with a deposit and was told to pay the rest of the money when the fridge was delivered. The fridge was delivered on time but I was advised that the installation was not the responsibility of the deliverers and that installation had to be arranged separately. It did not make too much sense to me as I thought delivery and installation would be organised to be completed at the same time. I called Harvey Norman and told them what had happened. They advised me that they would check it out and would respond within the hour. True to their word, they did, admitting that an error had been made. However they had rectified this and asked when it would be convenient for an installation team to arrive. I arranged this for the following morning and the installation was carried out on time and efficiently. The true test of any customer service is not when everything goes as planned but rather when it does not - when that happens, how a company responds, I find, is the true judge of performance. For this, I compliment this company.

Krystelle is knowledgeable and enthusiastic. She has helped us with both split system air conditioners and then the upgrade of an oven and stove top. She gets to the bottom of what you are after in the product and fits it to your budget and explains the pros & cons of your options. We would thoroughly recommend her services and we have always walked away happy to have spent the money.

I went in looking at all the hype over an iPad. The staff really was set on selling the product didn't really listen to my questions and now I found out feed me wrong information. He was too pushy and didn't tell me what I wanted. It was obvious when I was goin to buy one and it was only half way through I realized he was goin to sell me the wrong item. They were out of stock so we left. Purchused else where and found out the flash I asked about isn't comparable when he assured me it was. I've made other purchases there with other staff as A grade but this one ruined it . I will go back but will not accept that service again.

Friendly staff that have an better than average product knowledge. Will do a deal and always happy to help.

Sell all the major brands and have a great warranty service.
