harvey norman is a very over priced store i dont go in there ive brought a few things from the store and had to return them than god they were still under warranty and service their wasnt any waited around for ages and ended up shopping elsewhere

i have brought a couple off things from harvey norman and have found the furniture and electrical is very over priced the plasma i was waiting for felt like forever to be avialable and customer service i stood at a counter for 20 minutes waiting to be served ended up walking out

Heaps of staff but never enough on the floor working and usually all to busy to help people that need the help. So sometimes its best to do the research before you enter the shop.

They have plenty of staff, but none on the floor to talk to. When buying a computer, there is not ever any assistance after purchase. Quality of stock is usually aftermarket that is not up to date and software or hardware to improve the goods bought is not available at this store.

Approximate cost: $1700

They have a great range of products, but can be expensive, so I usually go to see whats available and go somewhere else for best price. Great free parking and close to town as well.

They were very helping in showing me different products and helping me choose the best product for me. They gave me a very good package deal and they are also very good with warranty's before as i have had problems with products and it was no problem to fix
