I have had mulitple dealings with Harvey Normans over the past several years, I have found the employees to be rude, unjustified and very slow with helping you, most are ok, but I also have come across so more rude people there as well.The feeling you get it the attitude of I dont want to be here so what do you want, I feel that your intruding and some need more training in there area, as I have come across a few that have no idea.

Bought a 55" Samsung 3D LED TV from Harvey Norman. The gentleman that served me explained thoroughly the benefits as well as some of the issues of the TV. Absolutely great customer service and would definitely shop there again!

I'm very impressed with Mel in furnishings. She goes out of her way to help you and she looks after you with much care. I never liked Harvey Norman until I heard about Mel. Well Done, keep up the hard work.

Staff are generally very friendly and attentive although always very busy. They always find time to help. Good quality photos printed.

they were very good with explaining all the features of the product. they answered every question i had. I liked the way they explained to me everything in laymans terms.

This store is good value for money. There are plenty of staff but few try to help you. You need to know what you want and go get it. The price is usually right and a good selection of brands. The store is clean with easy parking.
