I have mixed feelings about Harvey Norman Ringwood. I went into the electrical department and there were hardly any customers. I thought that was great because I would be served quickly.. Well after 10 minutes of standing around I went to find someone. The staff seemed bored, the prices were not that competitive and the store lacked vibrancy. On the other hand I went into the computer area and was almost pounced on because they were desperate for customers, each corner I turned there was someone asking if they could help me!! Their prices don't match the other Harvey Norman stores and I can't see the Ringwood store lasting for much longer..

I saw Andrew when I bought a split system for an investment property. He made sure I had the correct size for the house. He even recomended someone to install the unit who as around $100 cheaper than the other 2 units I have had installed in other investments. He even got the installer to pick up the unit saving me $60 on delivery.

I recently went to Harvey Norman in Ringwood to compere prices for some kitchen appliances. The staff of there were very helpful as well as competive to some of the other businesses.

I ended up getting a new dishwasher for them. I decided to take it then and there and they bubble wrapped it and helped me put it in my car.
