Prices are competitive but the staff are pretty scarce and apart from a few really do not have good knowledge of the products .. so, for any specialised service, you are kept waiting to the point of irritation.

having bought a houseful of white goods for a very good price, two weeks later same goods were advertised with large promotions. on collection of goods we asked for the same deal, only to be told it was finished, but if we had phoned at time we would have been given the extra gifts. Sales person has been looking into it for 3 weeks now and heard nothing. Needs to get their act together...very tardy.
