The sales men where very happy to help me! They sold me exactly what I wanted and even helped me to the car! The man even offered to help install it for me!

Following the purchase of a laptop, which crashed in three months, Harvey Norman refused replacement or refund. Claimed manufacturers fault; said would 'escalate matters'. No technician to look at for 2 weeks. Fair trading advised contact manufacturer directly; manufacturer paid postage & replaced machine free within 5 days. 4 days later heard back from Harvey Norman - still 'escalating matters' with manufacturer. Useless, rude, inept
