We paid $90 for delivery in Traralgon and live in town. The delivery came at 2 in the afternoon and my husband was home waiting for it. I got a call to say that no one was home and I needed to contact the store to arrange another delivery. I called to let the store know that my husband was home and the delivery people didn’t try very hard to alert him they were there. I have since called 3 time this afternoon to be reassured the delivery would come today but it is now 6.30 and nothing has been delivered. I will be expecting my delivery to be refunded as Harvey Norman did not do what I paid for. Now I have to contact the store again to find out what is going on. Not good enough Harvey Norman

l regularly go to harvey norman traralgon as it has easy parking. l take my teenagers, who usually buy up big in the computer area while l walk around the huge store looking at household items. Good price, fast service and has home delivery.

when i went to Harvey Norman in Moe they didn't have 1 of the software products that i needed so they contacted the Traralgon shop to see if they had it. They did have it so i went there to get it. They were very quick as they had what I wanted already put aside and also gave me 5% off as i had to travel to them which i was very happy about.
