I have taken our kelpie to Hastings Vet Clinic for the last 11 years. The staff always make us feel welcome and treat my pet like one of the family. All of the vets are very patient and explain what they are doing during the examination and they are very thorough.
The clinic is well equipped and extremely clean, particularly the overnight hospital area. I've always found the service to be excellent, the staff courteous and helpful and the environment welcoming and very professional. There are also pet dietary needs and accessories for sale in the reception area so it has all you need on hand. Like most clinics, the fees are a bit costly but the great treatment you and your pet receive is well worth it. Medications are distributed with clear instructions and all of the staff genuinely care about your pet's well being. Highly recommend this wonderful clinic.

the staff take the time to make you and your pet feel comfortable. they are very prompt on appointments. a lovely place to visit. my cat has been treated like royalty whilst in their care. he is very fussy and a mamas boy but he loves going here!
