I have temped with Hays for many years.

Now after I finished a contract role I have contacted this office and registered with a new recruiter, to say I am available for work.

I am not sure what has happened to Hays Office Support, in the past they have always been very pro active and efficient in finding me work, the 3 consultants I used to contract for were really on the ball and eager to help me find work, though now the new recruiters just do not seem to have the same drive.

They do not respond to emails nor return calls, and are not even on the same page when calling them and if you ring a different office to ask about a current role, the recruiters are not even helpful or polite.

Bring back the old Hays Office support.
