My experience of dealing with HBA Learning Centres has been fantastic right from the beginning.
I booked for "5 Core Units of Certificate 4 in Safety followed by Diploma of Safety".
I dealt with Anthony Meleca who offered me the complete course in 1850 AUD which was most "value effective" against any other institution.
I completed "5 Core Units of Certificate 4 with Jo NowaKowski" and was able to complete my 5 core units Certificate 4 on first submission within 01 month of class completion. This was only possible because of continuous help / support and guidance from Jo Nowakowski during the Intensive 3 days session.
I am currently in progress in "Diploma of Safety with Carmen Yates". I had a fantastic learning experience with Carmen Yates and we were able to complete close to 90% of our Diploma in Safety course workbooks within the 5 day intensive study. Again it is only possible because of continuous help / support and guidance from Carmen Yates during the Intensive 5 days study.
Also Carmen gave me feedback on my "Workbook 1 Theory submission on the same day of submission" which was awesome - I have rarely seen this happen with me before.
I am almost ready now and pretty comfortable to submit my workbook 2 for Diploma of Safety only because we were able to complete majority of it in 5 days (roughly 90%).
Overall great experience and I will highly recommend this institute for your future studies.

Attended BSB51315 Diploma of Work Health and Safety this week 05.08.2019 - 09-08.2019. The trainer Carmen Yates was excellent and provided varied industry examples to embed the learning. Carmen ensured we each had a high level of support and created a very comfortable learning environment. The RTO is run extremely well with the administration department sending all information you require.
I highly recommend HBA Learning as an RTO and Carmen Yates as a very experienced and supportive trainer.

Fast paced alternatives are a must for employees who need or want to improve themselves via training but can`t afford to be full-time students.
The trainers I had (Jo-Anne Nowakowski and Carmen Yates) were extremely knowledgeable, considerate and adaptable to the skill level of the classroom.

Would most certainly recommend. 5/5

WHS CIV and Diploma 8-Day Intensive Core units

I had very good experience with HBA learning Centre from the start till the time I finish my course. I thank our tutor Carmen for all the support she has given us.I feel quite confident now. I recommend any one to go with HBA Learning Centre. I will do my advance Diploma with HBA Learning Centre.

Recently attended the Diploma of WHS for working in the defence aviation industry. Carmen was the trainer and she was amazing. Very knowledgeable and tailored the learning to the individual. I will be doing all of my training with HBA from now on. Thank you Carmen for such an enjoyable experience.

I strongly recommend HBA. I did Diploma of Early Childhood with them and it was really good choice. Before choosing HBA I was a bit sceptical (I did not 100% trust online-based trainings) but they do their job really well! I did my research and made my decision based on the reviews (and price). I am not disappointed. There was no fuss when I needed help or more explanation. The Team is friendly and made my study easier. I am non-native speaker and it was one of my concerns, but HBA Team provided the materials and feedback that were easy to understand. Even if the student is "annoying" (as I was) they stay calm and keep explaining :) The assessment is fair. Explanations clear. What I like the most are people who work there: professionals with big hearts! Big THANK YOU especially for Sonia who was really supportive. If anyone want to know more, I am happy to talk and share my experience with HBA <3

I have just completed BSB41415 Cert IV in WHS and would thoroughly recommend HBA. Julian Defrancesco delivered the face to face component and did am amazing job, very knowledgable about a vast range of industries and subjects.

I just finished my CHC30113 - Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care. I have to say thank you so much HBA for everything especially Sonia, she is a great Training Consultant. She has been supporting since the beginning til the end. I am happy with everything here since register the course until finish. I got feedback very fast, never have a problem. I got 2 job offers straight away after finished the work placement. The price here might not be the cheapest one but quality is the best. I would recommend HBA course to anyone I know. I just completed the Cert IV in WH&S and one could only imagine that at times this content could get to be a heavy going excersize. I found it quite the opposite, enjoying the course and this can really the work of the facilitator in Julian. He kept it moving, enjoyable, informative and very relevant. I would highly recommend HBA as a course provider to anyone as a safe bet. They are quite brilliant.

I just finished my Cert III in early childhood education and care with HBA. Before that I already got a PhD in ECE but a PhD degree is not recognised by ACECQA as being eligible to teach in child care service.

The strength of HBA is that the assessors are very reachable and supportive. They also appear very professional. I was especially fortunate to have Jessica Bray to mark the most of my workbooks. She is a fantastic trainer with great patience and strong commitment to help me throughout the journey.

To me a weakness of HBA is that there are too many assignments in the workbooks. Sometimes the assignments are too small but many which can cause us learners to lose the focus or the whole picture. This, however, may be a common problem for all providers which offer online programs. I heard my colleagues who said he did not have so many trivial assignments. He went to his institute physically not online.

Overall it is an great experience studying with HBA.

Cert IV WHS. World class teaching and training. Julian D. delivered our training professionally and with understanding. Very varied learner group and Julian was inclusive, supportive and patient. Went above and beyond the usual role providing accessibility to learners with the provision of his personal mobile and email, encouraging learners to contact him for support a/h and through the time allowed externally for completion. Julian further contacted learners throughout the training period to asertain their progression and offer guidance. Julian showed that he wanted learners to succeed and is an asset, friendly and capable educator. Will use again for future training requirements.
